Hendrik Frank

Hendrik has been a PayBelgium board member since June 2024 and became Co-Chair on 18 September 2025. He is Director of European Government Affairs at American Express, based in Brussels and covering Benelux and EU policy.
His work focuses on driving a safe and competitive payments ecosystem in Europe. Prior to joining American Express, he worked in banking and public affairs.
