Vincent Mercenier

Vincent has been a board member of PayBelgium since February 2021 and was appointed Treasurer in November 2025. He has more than 20 years of experience in highly regulated industries, including banking, consumer finance, payment services and electronic money issuing.
He is currently a Managing Director at the e-money institution PPS EU, where he focuses on risk management and operational excellence in support of significant business development.
